A simple approach that puts you first

  • Monthly Subscription

    Rentigen operates on a monthly coordination subscription. $200 per month for the first property $150 per month for each additional property. This covers scheduling, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight.

  • Maintenance Costs

    Maintenance work is billed separately at a flat hourly rate for general repairs. Contact us for current hourly rates.

  • Specialty work

    For larger projects or specialized repairs, we coordinate with trusted local subcontractors to ensure quality work at competitive rates.

  • Incentives

    New clients receive their first month free and may cancel anytime. We also offer a one-month credit for each referral.
